Generally, ShopRetrokicks does not offer any return or refund, Any product or goods purchased via ShopRetrokicks are final upon sale. ShopRetrokicks only provides refund with a 15% restocking fee, subject to some conditions. There are certain instances where ShopRetrokicks may offer you partial refunds; those instances will be addressed in this policy.
ShopRetrokicks policy for refund last for a period of 30 days. After this period, the chance of getting a refund from ShopRetrokicks will be zero.
All purchases made must be sent back directly to ShopRetrokicks and not the manufacturer of the products.
Conditions for Return
To qualify, all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase, the original manufacturer packaging and the original documentation. For a product to qualify for return, and such a product must be in the same condition and packaging that we sold it.
Non Returnable products
Some of the products that ShopRetrokicks does not offer refund for includes”
- Dangerous/hazardous products
- Very dead near dead stock
- Items with missing parts, which fault cannot be traced to ShopRetrokicks
- Products that are defective from the manufacturer, damaged products
- Gift cards
- Products that can no longer be sold
- Gases or Flammable liquids
- Digital products (items that were downloaded, known as software products)
Subject to the discretion of ShopRetrokicks, ShopRetrokicks shall provide a partial refund to you if:
- The products/items is returned after a period of 30 days with a reasonable reason
- It is a new item and it was actually checked and examined before the transaction was finalized which gave no apparent signs of use.
How to make Returns
When returning a product, please send an email to us at ShopRetrokicks@gmail.com so you can be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number. After receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization number, place them safely in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase, the return form, and other document and mail your return to us at ShopRetrokicks@gmail.com. ShopRetrokicks shall notify you via email upon receipt of the product that you sent back to us, and ShopRetrokicks will let you know of our decision; whether the refund has been approved or not.
